CANCELLATION POLICY

MODALITY OF CANCELLATION AND PENALTY

• Until 45 days before can be cancel the 30% of the room reserved without penalty;
• Since 44 to 30 days before the arrive can be cancel the 20% of the remaining room without penalty;
• Cancellation received since 29 to 15 days before the arrive penalty 50%;
• Cancellation received since 14 to 7 days before the arrive penalty 75% ;
• Beyond that day 100% penalty.
