Fresh Goat’s Milk Cheese

Milk used: goat’s milk
This is a fresh product to be consumed immediately at the end of the working process, which takes 3 days.
You can find it in its natural state or with the additional flavourings: coal plant, chilli, sesame, chives, basil, black pepper.

Packaging: 2 or 6 “tomino” or 5 little rolls (450 g)
Spreadable paste (natural, chilli, chives) 250 g

Features: The milk inoculated with the fermenting agents rests for 24 h, than the curd is putted in the moulds and left drain for 24 h, than it rests for other 24 h to dry. At this point you can consume it as natural or with the spices.

Tasting: In the mouth is fresh, with a soft paste. Milky sensations are prevalent. The typical taste of goat is barely perceptible.

Suggestions: We suggest to combine it with the white wine Parrina Bianco DOC, thanks to its freshness and fineness.

Considerations: All the goat’s milk products are high digestible thanks to the fact they have low fat, and the fat is made up of small bloods.
