Is obtained by the slow fermentation of  Trebbiano grapes  in  wood’s vats and vine’s branches  that will result in an amber colour and aroma.

Balsamic Vinegar

This is an artisan natural product without preservatives and produced using old traditional procedures. It is produced using red grape must, which is acetified and matured in oak barrels. It is a refined vinegar with a rich and penetrating aroma and flavour. Ideal on: mixed salads, raw or cooked vegetables, roast or grilled meats, boiled meats, omelettes, cheeses.
