Oil Parrina comes for the most part from olive trees that stretch in the hilly area of the farm where blurs the typical Mediterranean scrub. The collection of olives, fully manual, takes place during the months of October and November and is run with great care by placing special attention at the right moment of ripeness. Following the collection, transport and crushing cold, you get the oil to be stored in steel containers in local-controlled where, slowly and naturally, is stripped of impurities and sediments. Without being filtered so that preserves the characteristics and uniqueness, is bottled in glass bottles dark and stored until the sale in local with constant temperature.

Color: variable from light green with golden hues to yellow-green Bouquet: pleasant feeling of fruit of fresh olive, average intensity. Taste: good balance between sweet and bitter and spicy with sensation of almond and vegetables interesting organoleptic characteristics to enhance many dishes in the kitchen. From match with dishes of fresh and cooked vegetables, cheeses or soft spun, fish and meat cooked in various ways. Excellent raw foods and the organoleptic characteristics not aggressive. It is available in packs from 250 ml.to 500ml.
