Our restaurant "the Lime & the Palm" researches the quality and the freshness of the ingredients. Guests are welcomed with a glass of La Parrina "Bricconcello" Brut sparkling wine, made with the Charmat method, and with the warm focaccia bread prepared daily by our chef.
Every product, from pasta to desserts, is made by hand: our restaurant combines the tradition of ancient recipes with the priority use of the products produced in the farm, offering authentic cuisine at very low impact, which can be enjoyed in our spacious garden or within the nineteenth-century dining room, surrounded by the charm of the nature.
We strongly support the use of “km 0” products and we are able to offer a gastronomic high quality thanks to the wide range of farm products largely organic. We proudly offer food options that are good for guests, good for the community and good for the planet.
Wines, cheeses, extra-virgin olive oil, fruit and vegetables, pasta and jams can be also purchased from our Company Shop (link back). Naturally we purchase from Maremma’s selected meat, game and fish producers, what we do not directly produce.
