Restaurant offers a typically Tuscan kitchen linked to the territory, with a space reserved for top quality products directly coming from the estate, but allowing also at more refined palates to taste international cuisine, always careful of the pleasure of "taste".
For many of our guests the breakfast time is one of the most pleasant memories in La Parrina. Comfortably seated on the shady veranda that overlooks the garden of the farm you get a buffet that will satisfy every requirement. Biscuits and home-made cakes, jams and our goats,sheeps and vaccines yogurt to taste with cereals or even better with our honey. For those who prefer to start the day with salty plate we recommend our cheese, salami and eggs, accompanied by excellent centrifuges of organic fruit and vegetables
Our Tasting Room aims to raise awareness of the variety of possible recipes achievable with the products of the estate. L '85% of the ingredients which formed our food come to farm , a choice that allows to appreciate the versatility of our kitchen, capable of proposing to our raw materials always a different choice of appetizers, first and second dishes and desserts. This is possible thanks to the wide range of farm products: cheese, olive oil, fruits and vegetables, pasta and spelt by organic farming. Of course are never forget gastronomic resources of maremmano land, as game and excellent fresh fish
