
An aristocratic wine due to the prevailing presence of the greatest of grape varieties : Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon. The innate austerity softens with time as the tannins mellow and the acids which melt with the fluid harmony of the alcohol and glycerins. It is a wine of great character , exuberant, full in structure and unmistakable fot its decisive personality. Made of a selection of the best grapes harvested, and aged for about 12 months in barrels and tonneaux, the Parrina Riserva has all of the characteristics of a wine which will age extremely well.
