Vermentino

Vermentino I.G.T.

Vermentino is a semi-aromatic wine which probably originated in Portugal, from where it spread in Tuscany and Liguria. Here, especially in the coastal areas, it has found the perfect microclimate and terrain for the flourishing of its qualities. the wine is made from grapes hand-picked in 2 to 3 sessions. They are vinified separately with rigorous temperature settings. It is poured with its noble peel and stems into other containers in order to achieve its special level of viscosity and extract all of its fine aromas. Then it’s bottled.
