The La Parrina estate is very favourably located for anybody wishing to explore the vicinity or to visit historical, archaeological or naturalistic sites in the area. Within a reasonable distance one can go to the sea, visit natural parks, see Roman and Etruscan sites, enjoy thermal baths, marvel at contemporary gardens and buy the typical products of the area.

Alternatively, travelling no further than 80 km, some day-long excur-sions are Siena, Monte Amiata (a dormant volcano) and some beautiful and historic Abbeys.
