Natural handmade product, preservative free and made according to old procedures. The grapes are dried naturally for a month, then turned into the must. The must is cooked over direct heat, in open vessels until the desired concentration, naturally decanted and then filtered. Aged in wood barrels.

We recommend the use on raw, steamed or boiled vegetables, on roasted meat or fish. Very good on fresh strawberries and on mature cheese.
It should be stored at room temperature in a dry place. Once opened, store it in a dry place.
