Processing characteristics

The production of jams is a tradition that is lost in time. The use of local fruit and vegetables harvested at the right stage of maturity makes Parrina’s jams very valuable. Our jams are the result of a rigorous selection of fruits and of a handmade production. The jams are easily digestible, nourishing and rich in vitamins, appreciated by children and also by adults.
The available types according to the season of the fruit are: peaches, apricots, blackberries, plums, figs, kumquats, Ansonica grapes, bitter Oranges, Kiwis, Strawberries.

It is a valuable ally in the kitchen: it’s ideal for filling tarts and fresh bread for breakfast.

Optimal conservation

It should be stored at room temperature in a dry place. Once opened, store it in the fridge and consume it within seven days.
