The production of marmalades is a tradition that is lost in time. The use of local fruit and vegetables harvested at the right stage of maturity makes Parrina’s jams very valuable.
Our marmalades are the result of a rigorous selection of fruits and of a handmade production.
The available types according to the season of fruits and vegetables are: Strawberries with balsamic vinegar, rustic olives sauce, figs, green tomatoes, pears and brandy, carrots and ginger, red onions, sweet chili.
It is a valuable ally in the kitchen: it is ideal in combination with fresh or seasoned cheeses, fresh bread, ice cream.
It should be stored at room temperature in a dry place. Once opened, store it in the fridge and consume it within seven days.
