that come into rotation with leguminous crops to maintain the natural balance of agro-ecosystems, following the dictates of organic farming.
The careful grinding of cereals best selection allows the production of flour. A former mill from the tradition, which is based in the southern Lazio, transforms and creates grains with an excellent raw material and a careful selection of excellent quality. An excellent product, healty and organic.
