Processing characteristics

Products made with perfectly ripe and healthy fruit of the varieties grown on the farm and certified “Bioagricert”. Harvesting is done by hand thus allowing a careful selection of the product that is processed within 24 hours of harvest, in order to retain the characteristics of fresh tomatoes. The tomato is a valuable ally for health: low in fat and rich in vitamins (A, C, B3, E, K) and minerals (Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Potassium, Copper), it is also rich in Lycopene, a powerful natural antioxidant.
