We produce many varieties of vegetables and various types of salads, all seasonal.
Winter production: potatoes, carrots, onions, spinach, chicory, garlic, chard, turnip greens, kale, pumpkin, radishes, artichokes, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage, fennel, rocket, salad canasta, nasturtium salad, romaine lettuce, escarole and endive.
Summer production: zucchini, eggplant, peppers, artichokes, cherry tomatoes, salad tomatoes, beans, arugula, salad canasta, nasturtium salad, romaine lettuce, asparagus, green beans, cucumbers, onions, potatoes, carrots, spinach, celery, chicory , garlic and chard.
The fruit production begins at the end of the '50s. In the ’53 Professor Morettini starts to grow the varieties Dixi Red and Red Haven on 18 acres. In the ‘70s starts the drip irrigation on 40 acres, 30 of which are grown with peach tree.
We grow different varieties of peaches, each with its own vesting period, so as to ensure their availability for a long time throughout the summertime.
