A guide will accompany you to discover the farm with a final tasting description of the experience.

Description of the experience

  • Historical notes on the company and its origins, visit to the Private Chapel.
  • Walk to the animal farm and visit to the Merlot vineyard.
  •  Cellar and barrel cellar.
  •  Company shop.
 

For groups of up to 6 pax: Tasting in the historical Archive Room. For groups from 6 to 16 pax: Tasting in the tasting hall of the historical “Piazzetta” (outside square).  

What it includes

4 wines paired with 4 cheeses
1) Ansonica Costa dell'Argentario DOC paired with Mattonella di Capra or Pecorino Dieci cheese.
2) Parrina Vermentino DOC paired with Rocket Pecorino or Truffle Pecorino cheese.
3) Parrina Sangiovese DOC BIO in combination with Pecorino “Ubriaco” (“drunky”) cheese.
4) Passito IGT Toscana White in combination with Guttus blue cheese.
5) Excellences of tuscan cold cuts and organic breads from the farm bakery.

Costs

2 people € 60.00 per person (minimum booking of 2 people). With lunch or dinner € 100.00 per person with lunch or dinner included (three-course dinner, one of which is dessert). Wines extra. Water included.
