FIRST PART OF THE TOUR

Visit to the Animal Farm and the Vineyards
Visit to the company shop with tasting of traditional wines and cheeses from the Parrina Winery and Dairy
Visit to the Barricaia of the Cellar
Visit to the Parrina chapel and arrival in the tasting room.

SECOND PART
The Tasting

Guided tasting of organic wines and cheeses inside the “Antica Dimora Storica”:
2 white wines (Ansonica and Poggio della Fata) with white rind cheeses
3 red wines (Muraccio, Riserva and Radaia) with aged cheeses
Local cold cuts, “Pane and Olio Evo” Bio Parrina
In closing Guttus & Passito: the perfect pairing!
(two historic farm products: “the sheep’s blue cheese” and “the Passito wine aged in chestnut barrels”)

Wine Trekking Parrina

ARRIVAL

Introduction to the Farm
Love for the Viticulture and much more: a Family and a Territory linked for 200 years

FIRST PART OF THE VISIT

Flat trekking (about 4km) in the company vineyards with refreshments halfway along the route (about an hour and a half of walking)
Visit to the Animal Farm
Return to the Piazzetta with a tasting of the first Vermentino Bio Parrina wine
Visit to the company shop with tasting of traditional wines and cheeses from the Parrina Winery and Dairy
Visit to the Barricaia of the Cellar
Visit to the Parrina chapel and arrival in the tasting room.
